FW00P is an elite faction warfare PvP group, currently recruiting highly competent and battle-ready pilots. No "carebears" or isk-seekers allowed or wanted.

Requirements:

* 50 million SP minimum
* Archon and Moros capable
* Personal Killboard efficiency of 99.5% or better

Application process:

Compose a mail to Relevant Elephant containing the following:

* Armor and Shield fittings for each T3 cruiser and pirate battleship, along with explanation of the role envisioned for each fit
* A detailed play-by-play account of you top 5 fights, with links to BRDOCs for each along with optional videos
* A three-page minimum double-spaced report for each of your five (5) most valuable lossmails (assuming that you have in fact lost five ships) detailing the circumstances behind their loss and what could have been done differently.
